the complimentary airport shuttle was very helpful. it made getting to my early flight stress-free. the room had a smart tv i could cast from. plus, i found a large shopping center nearby. a complimentary water bottle was also in the room!
The hotel lacks a restaurant. Dining options are limited to the sister hotel next door, which opens quite late.

A place to dream before flying
gentle personnel super clean room water pressure
Katherine was gentle at check-in, I felt so welcomed. All personnel showed kindness with a customer-centric view, that's amazing! I loved how super clean my room and bathroom were. I appreciated the head shower with a great water pressure that embraced me.
I feel so sorry to mention, but my room was not properly noise isolated, every sound was hearable.

free shuttle comfy bed no minibar weak wifi
The free shuttle service was very handy, it got me to the airport without delays. The room included a very comfy bed, it had soft pillows. I like it very much.
I noticed there was no mini bar in the room, i found it a little inconvenient. the wifi connection was weak, it was hard to work sometimes.

Acceptable Stay Near the Airport
modern room airport shuttle nearby restaurant no bar strong smell inconvenient location
The room was clean and modern. The free airport shuttle arrived quickly. I also appreciated the restaurant located near the hotel. It was open late.
There was no bar in the hotel I had to use the sister hotel next door. It was a bit inconvenient. Also the lobby had a strong incense smell. It was nauseating.

The free airport shuttle was excellent. It ran frequently and reliably. the room was clean and quiet. i found the desk staff very friendly and helpful, especially with directions.
i found that the wellness options were a bit pricey and not very well advertised, it was a little disappointing.
